Thank you for all the well wishes! Two nights home, I feel like a new person! I continue to improve bit by bit. A week at the hospital really took a toll on my body. Now that I am home, I can rest better and move gently throughout the day. Even just walking around the house and in the backyard made a big difference on my energy level and my general well being.
Today I am finally able to find something to eat without upsetting my stomach. That’s a big step for me. I know it sounds like an agonizingly slow process, but slow is where I am right now, tiny and steadily progress.
Barbara and Linda stopped by and gave me lots of good food and supplements to build on. I so appreciate their kindness. As far advanced as our medical science might be, never underestimate the simple power of healing through human kindness.
I have received so many well wish cards. I am saving each of them, each of them contains a little energy that heals my heart and carries me through tough times. Even in my darkest hour, I feel loved and supported more than ever in my life. Thank you all!

Hello dear! Glad you’re feeling renewed with being home! Movement is so healing and wonderful. Also nice to hear you’re able to nourish yourself with some food that is staying down and in. That is great progress. Thanks so much for keeping all of us updated. Hugs and love!!
