David started 10th grade this past Thursday. Friday night was the first football night of the season. David plays clarinet in the matching band. I don’t watch the football game but I would show up just for the half-time show. The PR Band is a very impressive bunch, 250 students in the band. They are an army!!! Every school year, they do a big trip performance. They performed at Disney last school year, will be going to the Kentucky Derby this year. I am happy to see a home game during the football season. When they match onto the football field, it is quite a sight! It always uplifts my spirit. I am not even there to watch David because he wouldn’t tell me where he is. lol! I just enjoy the music and the performance knowing my son is having fun and part of something bigger than himself.
So great they let David be a Sophomore in HS when he’s only 10! 🙂
Yeah, that little boy that we know and love when he was in Denver. 🙂 He has very fond memories of Denver especially viewing the fireworks at your office. Thank you for those beautiful nights!!
